Telegram Monitoring Bot

Details

A small bot that polled my switches and firewalls over SNMP and sent a Telegram message when an interface flapped, a CPU spiked, or a VPN tunnel went down.
What worked
Phone notifications beat email every time. Adding a command like /status to get a one-message summary of the whole lab turned out to be the most-used feature.
Why it's archived
It grew into a pile of special cases. The useful parts moved into the alerting layer of the Config Backup Pipeline.
